Fruit Popsicles

Here are some Fruit Popsicles you will feel good about eating and giving to your kids. This summer heat at record highs has us reaching for a cool snack. These popsicles are simple, few ingredients, and no added sugar. I figure if I have delicious popsicles like this well-stocked in the freezer, I’ll save a few dollars—and better yet, I know what this is made of—pure fruit. That’s right, no additives, and no sugar added!

FRUIT SLICES IN COCONUT WATER

  • Place your favorite fruit slice in molds and fill popsicle wells with coconut water. Insert popsicle stick and let freeze until solid.

MANGO STRAWBERRY POPSICLE

  • Place Mango in a blender and process adding coconut water until smooth. Fill popsicle wells half full with mango juice.
  • Place Strawberries in a blender and process adding coconut water until smooth. Fill the rest of the popsicle molds, continue layering like that until wells are full. Insert popsicle stick and let freeze until solid.

TRIO MELON POPS

  • You will need watermelon, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe for these popsicles.
  • Blend each melon separetely adding coconut water until smooth.
  • Fill the popsicle molds, layering each flavor until wells are full. Insert popsicle stick and let freeze until solid.

  • Place watermelon in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Place kiwi slice in mold and fill popsicle wells with watermelon juice. Continue layering like that until wells are full. Insert popsicle stick and let freeze until solid.
